Analysis Of Technology Acceptance And Customer Trust In Bitcoin In Indonesia Using Utaut Framework
The rapidly growing internet development today opens up the way for new technologies in Indonesia, one of which is Bitcoin. Bitcoin is a digital currency that can be used as payment transaction. The entry of such technology as digital currency while serving as payment transaction raises some questions on how the acceptance, security and trust in Bitcoin technology in Indonesia. To answer these questions, the research was conducted using UTAUT method. UTAUT method is a method with the purpose to explain the technology acceptance. The research results a description of the level of technology acceptance based on UTAUT variables, such as Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence and Facilitating Condition and also explanation result of hypothesis test were designed based on variables UTAUT. There is four hypotheses are accepted out of 12 research hypotheses.
